Jeff Brooks

Jeff Brooks is the founder of Real Estate Convergence, a Marin County-based firm believes the future of real estate marketing is online.

Jeff has published a monthly national technology column in Real Estate Executive magazine to give real estate agents greater insight into how technology can improve their marketing and operations.

Prior to real estate, Jeff had served as the vice president of marketing for Senior Co-op, the U.S. arm of a Canadian pharmaceutical distribution firm. While there, he oversaw the company’s marketing efforts that including generated television and newspaper coverage, locally and nationally, and fine-tuning a weekly marketing plan for the firm that lead to regular weekly increases in customer traffic and purchases.

Jeff builds his marketing and public relations expertise on a solid background as a journalist and he understands what the news media wants. He spent six years as a producer for the Fox News Channel, coordinating coverage on some of the biggest news stories including the 2002 Olympics from Salt Lake City, the presidential recount, the Columbine shooting, and the story of Elian Gonzalez. He also spent eight years working as an assignment editor at various local TV stations in top 20 markets, including Denver, Tampa and Atlanta. He also spearheaded the marketing and public relations efforts for new magazine Empowered Young Females. In addition, he has volunteered his public relations expertise for numerous charitable organizations including the National Kidney Foundation, the Nature Conservancy, the American Red Cross and numerous political campaigns.

Nick Topolos

Since 1995, Nick Topolos has worked with major corporations such as The Gap, Intel, and WalMart, as well as creating effective graphic design solutions for wineries and food companies such as Joseph Phelps, Domaine Chandon, Stone-Buhr Flour, and GoodazGold. As an early Web pioneer, Nick has always strived to provide high-quality visual and information design and has established a reputation for delivering user-centered, architected projects on budget and on time-every time.

Before starting his own business, Nick worked at both Macy's and The Gap, where among other duties he helped launch both their corporate intranet and Internet sites. He co-founded Evolve Design in 1995 and worked with major corporations like Gap, Intel, and WalMart, as well as creating effective graphic design solutions for technology companies like SBC, WebLogic and Lotus.

In whatever he has done, Nick has always strived to provide high-quality visual and information design and has established a reputation for delivering user-centered, architected projects on budget and on time-every time.
